Louis Moinet Unveils New Timepieces at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026

At this year’s Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026, Louis Moinet once again demonstrates its enduring legacy of innovation, unveiling two exceptional creations that bridge heritage with contemporary watchmaking.

1816 Tourbillon Chronograph

Some inventions transcend time, their influence shaping generations to come. In 1816, Louis Moinet created the world’s first chronograph, an innovation whose aesthetic and mechanical DNA continues to define the Maison today.

More than two centuries later, this legacy is reinterpreted in the 1816 Tourbillon Chronograph, a timepiece that honours the past while embracing modern craftsmanship. Drawing directly from the original design codes, the watch stands as both a tribute and a technical evolution.

To mark this milestone, the 1816 Tourbillon Chronograph is released in an ultra-exclusive limited edition of just twelve pieces. Each reference (LM-170.20.60) will be crafted in the Saint-Blaise workshops and entrusted to a select group of collectors, an intimate circle of custodians of horological history.

Those wishing to secure one of these rare creations are invited to register their interest via the enquiry form.

Time to Race Flash

Precision defines performance, and in motorsport, victory is often decided in a fleeting instant—a flash. It is this exact moment that inspires the new Time to Race Flash.

A celebration of speed and timing, Flash embodies the chronograph’s role as the ultimate judge of decisive moments. It captures the split second that separates triumph from defeat, the moment legends are made.

Continuing the Maison’s distinctive approach, each Time to Race piece features a unique “Lucky Number,” chosen by its owner, a personal signature that becomes part of the watch’s identity.

For the first time, the Flash collection is offered in two striking editions: one crafted in grade 5 titanium, and the other in 18-carat red gold. In keeping with tradition, each number is assigned only once per edition, ensuring every piece remains truly one of a kind.

Collectors are invited to register their interest to enquire about the Time to Race Flash via the enquiry form.
