Any time you purchase an item worth over $1,000 from Hardy Brothers, a record of your personal details and the details of your purchase will be generated. This information is kept on file and can be accessed by you at any time, should you need it. We recommend you provide your insurance company with a copy of your receipt of purchase.
How to Claim
Contact your insurance company to lodge your claim and obtain a claim number. Visit your nearest Hardy Brothers boutique who can help you complete your claim and provide you with a quote for the insured items.
Your claim will then be forwarded to our Insurance Division Manager who will liaise with your insurer and assessors on your behalf.
Once your claim is authorised, your Hardy Brothers associate will contact you about visiting the store to shop for your replacement jewellery.
