Q When will I receive my purchase?
A If you have an urgent delivery request, please telephone us directly for arrangements to be made.  All items will be shipped within 48 hours from receipt of order. Depending on your location, expect delivery between 3-7days.  International orders may take up to 14 days depending on the country location.

Q Will my purchase arrive gift-wrapped?
A Yes all purchases will arrive beautifully gift-wrapped. If you wish, we can also include a short message with your gift, which will be written on a card and placed in a small envelope.

Q What are the return/refund policies?

Q Can I change or cancel an order?
A Yes, please contact us as soon as possible and please have your purchase receipt number handy.

Q Can I have the parcel sent to an address different to mine?
A Yes, during checkout simply indicate the desired delivery address.
If you wish, we can also include a short message with your gift, which will be written on a card and placed in a small envelope

Q Can I check that my gift has been sent?
A Yes, you can access your order status here.  Enter the email address and order ID number emailed to you from the store.

Q Can I buy if I am located outside Australia? 
A Yes, we ship to many countries outside Australia. Click here to view a list over country locations.
Your order will be exempt from Australian GST.  All stock items are clearly marked including and excluding Australian GST.  Click here for more information about Australian GST, exemptions, and other duties.

Q Can I use Gift Certificates online?
A Not at this stage.  To use your Gift Certificate, please redeem your gift certificate in the store/showroom closest to you. 
You can also use your Gift Certificate over the phone.
