About Shopping : Refunds and Exchanges All goods are accepted for credit or exchange if returned within 14 days, in original condition in its original box and accompanied by its sales receipt. Returns may be sent to our Head Office Address, or you may take your return items to any one of our showrooms. Please ensure you send your goods fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination (Hardy Brothers Pty Ltd will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments). The credit card used for the original transaction will be credited within 78 hours, less any shipping charges originally made to you. Hardy Brothers Jewellers is not liable to refund any international taxes or duties on exported goods.
